US Shipping:
Because our jewelry is made to order, we kindly ask our customers to please allow up to 10 business days for domestic US orders to ship, on top of the estimated shipping times provided at the checkout by the carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Can't Find the Box?
Don't fret! Shipping carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they're dropped off (confusing, we know). If your order doesn't arrive within 48 hours, just contact customer service for assistance.
Shipped to the Wrong Address:
We do not take responsibility for packages that are delivered to the wrong given address. It is your responsibility to check that your shipping address is correct when your order is placed. If it isn't, please email us right away so we can fix it BEFORE it ships. Once it ships, we are not responsible.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Swyft Click is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking information indicates "Delivered," Swyft Click is not responsible for stolen or missing mail. Please contact USPS (your local post office) with questions regarding shipment tracking.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping times may vary depending on the options available but will also be displayed at checkout. The approximate shipping time is 2-4 weeks in addition to posted processing times.
